THE PROCESS

 

  1. Sign up
  2. Book an meeting with Sara the nutrition coach
  3. Get Inbody scan for benchmark of your body composition before the start of challenge
  4. Get nutrition guidelines and habits from coach Sara to be tracked in our app based on your specific needs
  5. Get set up on our app and private ‘Spring Shred Group’
  6. Get your groceries for the week, schedule your workouts and get ready to SHERD!

This is an INDIVIDUAL challenge where you gain points towards a set goal. Every day you get closer to the top of the "mountain". To gain points:

  • Following your specific NUTRITION GUIDELINES
  • Working out
  • Doing the specific HABIT assigned to you 
  • Achieving one of the SHRED Fitness objectives
  • There will also be extra fitness challenges along the way!

The SXS Fitness team will keep you on point and informed with regular articles and helpful tips throughout the Spring Shred 

You will be added to the challenge group in the SXS App to be in touch with the SXS Shred team if you have questions.  Or you can interact directly with others doing the challenge, give high fives when they post their wins for the day and more!

 This Challenge is not a weight loss challenge; The focus will be on building lean muscle mass and reducing fat mass by combining training with specific nutritional guidelines. We will use our InBody scanner to determine before and after body composition to get an accurate assessment of the work being done
